Friday-Saturday, July 31-August 1, 2026 • Kansas City, Missouri

Join us for this third installment of CRB's professional management and leadership development program for emerging and established ART/IVF laboratory leaders. Day one features eight new management and leadership sessions presented by a highly acclaimed faculty.

On day two, dive into an interactive, half-day workshop where participants join small groups to tackle real-world leadership scenarios drawn directly from laboratory practice. Each group will be presented with “What would you do?” challenges, ranging from navigating team conflict to addressing ethical dilemmas or operational hurdles. This session allows attendees to practice problem-solving, share perspectives, and hone leadership skills they can apply immediately in their laboratories. Through this collaborative experience, participants not only gain practical leadership insights, but also build a network of peers to lean on as they grow in their leadership journeys.
