Is it shameful that our state is so high on these lists, but there are many groups combating these numbers. Touch of Hope is one such group. This local organization provides purses and personal hygiene items to victims of domestic violence. It is 100% volunteer based and they are VERY BUSY providing items throughout the state. The Nimble Thimble Quilt Guild is proud to have created this beautiful quilt to be raffled in support of Touch of Hope! Look for information on the Touch of Home website about how to purchase tickets. All proceeds will be directed solely toward helping victims of domestic violence.
