On December 24, 2025, I lost my dad Gerry to cancer, and I’ve watched too many others battle it… and just this week, we lost an old friend.

UPCOMING PTC PARTNER TRAINING RIDE | Our first partner training riding is on May 6 in Lebanon, IL, offering 9, 13, 27, 46, 62, and 100-mile routes! 10% of your registration fee will be donated back to Pedal! TdS has supported PTC for many years through ridership, volunteerism, and monetary. Let's show our support by attending and celebrating their 26th anniversary.
The courses feature rolling countryside with incredible scenery, picturesque farms, and fields of wildflowers on lightly traveled country lanes. After you ride, there's an all-you-can-eat hot meal, including pizza, salads, soups, sandwiches, and endless belly laughs, while Three Stooges shorts play continuously.

From a recent St. Louis obituary: "His brilliant doctor, Kian-Huat Lim, at Siteman Cancer Center, in St. Louis, Missourl had developed a new protocol for treating the disease in mice, and **** became the first human recipient of this treatment. This regimen gave **** 17 months to live, including many more joys, family gatherings, trips, football games, and even a Disney vacation with his children. **** courage in being first has resulted in a clinical trial, extending the treatment to other cancer patients, and we hope that this will give hope and time to many other families."

Exciting news, Pedal family! We are thrilled to announce that this year, Pedal is returning to its original format. All of our Ride Weekend events are happening over two days, in one place! We know this return to our tried-and-true format (including Saturday morning’s Kids Challenge) will strengthen our riders’ experience – accelerating our energy, camaraderie, and community!
