1. RSVP today & encourage your student to mention the event to their friends and remind them to RSVP by Thursday!
2. Please drop off donated items at Bernard by Tuesday, 10/13 so we can count everything up and then go shopping if needed. If you cannot drop off by then that's OK! Just give us a heads up of what's coming.
3. Due to the new date and some changes in volunteer availability we need:
- pop up tents to borrow on Friday.
- help with set up on Friday afternoon (anytime from 12 - 3 PM) & event volunteers from 3-5 PM
- parents to lead the following stations - snack/drink tent, cotton candy machine & pumpkin painting.

Back to School 📚✏️
And back to work for the PTO! We will be providing food for the teachers tomorrow & need some help with clean up. If you’re able to swing by the teachers’ lounge and tidy up around 6:30/7 PM please let us know! It’s a very simple set up - probably about a 15 min commitment.
