Hey everyone! There’s been a lot of confusion regarding Summerfest this year. As there are some other summer events taking place, we've been overwhelmed with calls, messages, and questions about Summerfest - which shows just how much this tradition means to our community. 💛

These other events happening in the area may look or sound like Summerfest, but please know that those events are not affiliated with us.

We just want to reiterate that Summerfest will not be happening this year. We truly appreciate your enthusiasm and continued support!

We hope this message finds you well.

As a valued partner/guest who has supported Summerfest on the Square in Springtown, TX in the past, we want to personally thank you for helping us create such a meaningful and successful experience for our community. As you know, we have decided not to host Summerfest on the Square in 2025.

However, we recently became aware of another event being promoted in the community that appears to be mimicking our format and marketing style. We want to be clear: this new event is not affiliated with us in any way, nor does it represent the values, mission, or standards that our team upholds.

We felt it was important to inform you directly to avoid any confusion and to ensure you have accurate information when making decisions about your involvement in other events.

We appreciate your ongoing support and partnership, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated on any future plans. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Dear Springtown Community,

It is with a heavy heart that we share the difficult news that Summerfest on the Square will not take place in 2025. This decision was not made lightly, as many factors outside of our control played a role. Summerfest is one of Springtown’s biggest events, and we are committed to delivering the best experience possible. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure our long-standing event date, and with limited resources and timing constraints, we are unable to move forward with the festival.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our incredible vendors, supporters, and community members who have made Summerfest so special over the years. Your dedication and enthusiasm mean the world to us, and we appreciate each and every one of you. Make sure to follow our Summerfest on the Square page for future updates.
