Meet the people behind the Friends! 👋💚

Hey Friends! We figured it was time to introduce (or reintroduce) the faces behind Fund Friends 417!

We’re Chris and Nikki, and that’s our very spoiled, very loved girl, Izzy! 🐾

We wanted to take a second to remind everyone that Fund Friends is a pretty small operation. It’s really just the two of us, squeezing in time to hide little Friends around Springfield, keep up with messages, and dream up new ways to make this whole thing fun.

We don’t have a big team, a fancy operation, or an endless supply of free time. We’re just two people who love this community and thought it would be pretty cool if finding a tiny toy could put a smile on someone’s face AND help a local nonprofit along the way.

Some weeks we’re hiding Friends left and right, and other weeks life gets busy and things move a little slower. We’re doing our best, having fun with it, and learning as we go. 😂

What started as a silly little idea has become something we’re incredibly proud of, and that’s because of YOU. Every person who finds a Friend, shares a picture, tells someone about us, or simply cheers us on makes this whole thing worthwhile.

Thanks for being patient with us, playing along, and helping us make Springfield a little more fun and a little more generous.

We promise we haven’t been laying down on the job quite as hard as Izzy here. 😂

It’s been a busy week behind the scenes at Fund Friends 417, but we’ve got some fun stuff coming your way!

More tiny Friends will be making their way into the wild soon, AND we’ve got a brand new nonprofit campaign to announce! 👀

Thanks for hanging out with us, even when things get a little quiet. We love what this silly little project has become, and we’re excited to keep the good going!

We’ve been hiding these little guys around town, and every time someone finds one and sends us a picture, we donate $1 to a local nonprofit. It’s a tiny scavenger hunt doing some pretty cool things for our community. 😆
