Our kids find courage by holding our hand! 💛
A new classroom, a doctor visit, a dark hallway at bedtime... the scary things feel a little smaller when they know we’re right there with them.
And here’s the beautiful part: we find our courage the very same way.
“For I hold you by your right hand, I, the Lord your God. And I say to you, ‘Don’t be afraid. I am here to help you.’” Isaiah 41:13

On the days parenting feels like more than you can carry, remember that God is holding your hand too. You don’t walk into any of it alone!

There’s a special kind of faith that grandparents carry. The kind that’s prayed over decades, the kind that doesn’t quit, the kind that shapes a family long after they’re gone. 💙

“We will not hide them from their descendants; we will tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord.” Psalm 78:4

Grandparents Day was this month, and we wanted to pause and say it plainly
you matter more than you know.

To every grandparent leading your family to Jesus, thank you. Heaven is taking notes on your faithfulness! đŸ©”

so much more than play dates. 💙

They’re prayer warriors. They’re wisdom keepers. They’re the ones who’ve walked with Jesus long enough to know what really matters, and they pour that into our kids every chance they get.

Grandparents Day was this month, and we want to take a moment to honor that role. Not just for the fun memories they create, but for the faith they’re planting, the legacy of Jesus they’re building, and the love that shapes our families for generations to come.

If you have grandparents pointing your kids to Jesus, thank them today. Their impact runs so much deeper than we realize!

Grandparents Day was this month, and we don’t want to let it pass without taking a moment to honor this incredible role. 💙

Grandparents carry a legacy of faith, wisdom, and love that shapes a family for generations. They pray when no one’s watching, they show up in ways only they can, and they leave fingerprints on our children’s hearts that last a lifetime.

If you’re a grandparent, thank you. Your role matters more than you know. And if you have grandparents in your life, take a moment to honor them today!

“Be strong and courageous... for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” — Joshua 1:9

This week, we’re challenging every Ignite Parenting family to make this verse part of your home. Pray it over your kids by name. Have them memorize it. Write it on a sticky note by their bed or the bathroom mirror, somewhere they’ll see it when fear tries to creep in.

Courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s remembering who’s with you in it.

Who’s in? Tag a fellow parent who needs this verse this week. 💛

Courage is taught more than it’s told!

Swipe through 4 simple ways to raise brave, God-fearing kids this week
no lectures required, just everyday moments.

-Let them see you pray, especially when you’re scared.
-Give them one verse to hold onto instead of a rule to follow.
-Say out loud, “I don’t know what’s going to happen, but I know who’s with us.”

Bravery isn’t a personality trait. It’s a practice. Start small this week.

Fearless Kids Start With Fearless Parents!
You’re not just raising kids. You’re raising warriors!!

Here’s the truth none of us love to admit: we can’t hand our kids a courage we don’t carry ourselves. If we want God-fearing, brave kids, it starts with us being brave first. Praying out loud even when we’re scared. Trusting Him even when we don’t have the answers. Letting our kids watch us walk in faith, not just talk about it.

This week, try this: pick one verse and pray it over your child by name, out loud, where they can hear you. Let them see what courage sounds like before you ever teach them what it means!

25 years ago today, our world changed. And for a lot of our kids, September 11 is just a chapter in a history book, not a memory. đŸ‡ș🇾

As parents, we get to be the ones who carry that story forward, teaching our kids what it means to honor the lives lost, to respect the heroes who ran toward danger, and to pray for our nation even when things feel divided.

We don’t have to make it scary for our little ones. We can make it meaningful, a moment to talk about courage, kindness, and how much we need Jesus and each other.

Rooted in Him, we raise kids who remember well ♄
