invite you to support our efforts to pay tribute to our most senior Veterans of World War II, Korean and Vietnam War eras. Individual, business and organization donations, as well as fundraisers, are the primary source of funding LLHF utilizes to fly our Veterans to Washington, DC on their Honor Flight. Without the Guardian escorts and your generous support, LLHF would not be able to give our Veterans "One More Tour With Honor".

Attention LLHF Nation…It’s flight time once again !!

With great anticipation, Land of Lincoln Honor Flight is thrilled to announce that LLHF “Mission 78” is GO for Next Tuesday, September 1.

This flight is dedicated to WWll veteran Mr. Jerry Lowe, who we lost earlier this year. Jerry was an important part of the LLHF family and will be missed.

After their fried chicken buffet pre-flight dinner at the VFW Post 755, 92 new veterans (5-Korea, 87 Vietnam) will muster to Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport at 4:00 am for their much anticipated and well-deserved Honor Flight.
Their guardians and 5 flight crew volunteers will also be aboard.
Return arrival should be at approximately
9:30 PM that night.
Let's once again fill the airport to welcome back this new group of heroes. This will be a trip they will never forget, and your support means so much to them.
