What a special day celebrating the power of community! ❤️

We recently joined agencies from across the Ozarks at the Springfield Sertoma Grant Awards Luncheon, celebrating the incredible $194,000 Springfield Sertoma has helped raise together with our local Sertoma Clubs, and pour back into our community this year. We are so grateful to be among so many organizations doing meaningful work across our community—and especially grateful to be a recipient of this year’s grant cycle!

Our gratitude for Springfield Sertoma runs especially deep. They have been part of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield story from the very beginning, helping establish our first-ever Club location and fiscal foundation back in the 1940s. Approximately 80 years later, their support continues to make an impact on local kids and families. 💙

And we’re grateful for the partnership of Queen City Sertoma and Heart of the Ozarks Sertoma, too! Together, these Sertoma Clubs continue to strengthen our community and support local nonprofits through incredible events like the Sertoma Chili Cook-Off and Wingapalooza, just to name a few!

Thank you, Sertoma, for believing in our community, investing in local organizations, and being part of the Boys & Girls Clubs story for generations. We’re so grateful to celebrate alongside you! 👏❤️

Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield is thrilled to receive a $1,000 Kohl's Cares Shopping Grant to help our members start the new school year with confidence! With this donation, they got brand-new backpacks, lunchboxes, and essential school supplies! Thank you for building their confidence and readiness for a year of learning!
