🚶♀️🚶♂️ JOIN THE WALKING CHALLENGE at the Spring Valley Senior Center! 🚶♂️🚶♀️
Starting Monday May 18!
Shout out to Paul Martin, our township trustee, for the idea and the board!
Here’s how it works:
✅ Track the laps you walk around the building
✅ Complete 10 laps in one week and earn a sweet treat 🍪
✅ Complete 20 laps per week for an entire month and earn a FREE lunch at the Center 🍽️
Walking is a great way to improve balance, strength, heart health, and mood — and it’s even better when we encourage each other along the way.
Stop by the tracking wall to enter your name and record your laps. Whether you walk one lap or twenty, every step counts!
