3. Neighborhood forum feedback form. Planning for August
4. Increased communication efforts. page + increasing newsletters
5. Re-evaluating community fines
6. New HOA amendments
7. Re-evaluating the original request from the community to maintain the western field next to greenway.
8. Addressing issues with the street lights. (We have reached out to the City and are awaiting next steps.)
9. Discuss rental property influence within the community

The City of Spring Hill is currently considering a commercial development north of the Dartford community. Current plans include a 45,000sf grocery store, gas station and fast food out-parcels.

Impace will be significant for properties adjacent to the development. Additionally, traffic is expected to increase within Cadence and Sercy Drive.

The time is now to get involved within the local government approval process. The proposed development plans could have significant impacts on the neighborhood home values if proper considerations are not accounted for during the design phases.
