Our children are watching, listening, and learning.
​Every daily action and word shapes who they will be.
When they witness abuse, it installs a blueprint—either of how to mistreat someone, or how to accept mistreatment.
​Break the cycle.
​🦋 Be an advocate for the voiceless.
🌼 Be a light in the darkness.

Your children are aware of the abuse in the home, even if you try to hide it. This causes them fear. They will act perfectly or badly to try to protect you.
