Before you toss it, pass it on—and help Blackish in Spokane reach our $500 FUNDrive goal! ♻️

We’re collecting gently used items now through December 5. Your clothes, blankets, kitchen goods, toys, books, and more can help support programs where Black and biracial children and families feel seen, build confidence, and connect with community.

We’re hoping to collect 100 bags of clothes, 16 boxes of household goods, and 6 boxes of books and media. Could your closet or kitchen help us get there?

We can accept:
👕 Clothes, coats, shoes, bags, belts, and accessories
🛏️ Bedding, blankets, sheets, towels, curtains, and pillows
🍽️ Kitchen goods, décor, toys, games, and small electronics
📚 Books of all genres

Please box media separately. No encyclopedias or textbooks.

Blackish in Spokane started with a feeling I knew too well: needing a place where my identity was understood and nurtured.

Now that idea has grown into programs, community, and a podcast that centers Black and biracial stories. October 25 is personal. I hope you’ll be there to celebrate what we’ve built together.
