📸 Do you enjoy taking pictures? We need you!

We’re looking for a volunteer photographer for Pictures with Friends at the Husky Store! Ideally, we’d love someone who can help at our monthly Husky Stores and Winter and Spring parties, but you do not have to commit to every event to volunteer. Even helping once or twice makes a difference!

🐾 What’s the Husky Store?
Students earn Husky Bucks by demonstrating safe, respectful and responsible actions at school. 3rd–5th graders can spend their Bucks on fun rewards like stickers, toys and treats, raffle entries, party tickets, and one of the favorites: Pictures with Friends!

Our first Husky Store is:
📅 Friday, October 16
⏰ 8:45–11:15 AM

We also need volunteers to help with the store itself, so whether you’re handy with a camera or just want to lend a hand, we’d love to have you!

Questions about being our photographer? Reach out to Jessica Mack at [email protected].

💙 Thanks for helping make the Husky Store such a fun reward for our students!

Ever wonder where your PTG dollars actually go? 👀
The money our Hamblen community raises goes right back into supporting our students, teachers and school. It helps make field trips and special experiences possible, supports classroom needs and teacher requests, contributes to programs like Fit4Life/Cross Country and Husky Haul, provides a little extra love for our teachers and staff, and helps fund community events that bring us all together.
Every fundraiser you support, donation you make and volunteer hour you give helps make these things possible. 💛
Thank you for showing up for Hamblen! 🐾

A big THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our first PTG meeting of the year! 💙💛 It was so great to see so many new faces!

And if you couldn’t make it, don’t worry. Getting involved with the PTG doesn’t have to mean attending every meeting or signing up for a huge commitment.

Volunteer once. Share a post. Donate when you can. Help out behind the scenes. Come to a meeting when it works for your schedule. Every little bit helps us support our students, teachers, and Hamblen community.

There’s no “right” way to be involved. Big or small, we’re just happy to have you. 🐾

Indian Trail needs our help.

Indian Trail Elementary has about 300 students, and 45 of their families lost their homes during the fires.

Their PTO is hosting a community dinner to help families reconnect. Local vendors have stepped up with discounts on food and drinks, and now we’re hoping the broader Spokane community can help cover the remaining cost of pizza, drinks, and supplies.
