Connecting & Networking Women Leaders In Community
As we close out another year, we pause to honor the growth, the courage, and the leadership that has been brewed in each of us. SHE-BREWS TO LEAD TOO has continued to stand as a space where women are strengthened, poured into, and encouraged to rise boldly into their purpose.

This year, we showed what it means to lead with grace, to walk in faith, and to support one another through every season. Although we only met once, God used it all to shape stronger leaders—women who inspire, influence, and ignite change.

As we step into a new year, let us carry this truth:
You were created to lead.
You were designed to grow.

And you are anointed to make a difference.
May the lessons learned in 2025 become the fuel for 2026. May we continue to cheer each other on, build each other up, and rise together. The best is not behind us—it's ahead of us. And we are stepping into it with boldness, faith, and excellence.

Goals for SHE-BREWS TO LEAD TOO in 2026

1. Expand our connecting, networking with women in our community
• Launch monthly Leadership newsletter blog, focused on communication, confidence, organization, and spiritual leadership.
• Create a peer support circle pairing emerging leaders with experienced women.
2. Deepen Community Impact
• Organize quarterly service projects that allow members to give back and lead with compassion.
• Establish partnerships with local organizations to support women, youth, and families.
3. Strengthen Sisterhood & Connection
• Introduce Small Brew Circles—small accountability groups that meet online or in-person.
• Host seasonal meetups to foster friendship, healing, and shared purpose.
4. Enhance Spiritual Growth
• Offer a quarterly prayer and devotion series.
• Create a digital devotional booklet written by members.

I'm excited to what God has for SHE-BREWS TO LEAD in 2026.

Good Morning SHE-BREWS TO LEAD LEADERS...As the year is coming to a close, I wanted to share my thoughts regarding SHE-BREWS TO LEAD...When we had our first launch it was truly a blessing. As the weather is changing, I know that some of you may not be able to come out into the cold, and some of you are not located here in Spokane. So, starting in December, I would like to do a zoom gathering for SHE-BREWS during the winter months, and hopefully in the Spring we can have a SHE-BREWS TO LEAD Gathering in person.
We can meet once a week in the evenings, from 6 to 7 p.m. and I have chosen Wednesday's. It will be a time for us to gather via zoom, to share, to pray, to connect and to network. We can talk about issues affecting women in leadership and how we can support each other on this journey of leadership.
If you are interested, please email me at [email protected] I am excited to began again. When God gives you a dream and a vision, it's hard not to say no... I hope that you all are having an amazing and blessed day.

The gift of leading women into their destiny is a sacred calling. As we step forward in, SHE-BREWS TO LEAD Connecting & Networking, it is an honor of guiding hearts toward purpose, unlocking hidden strength, and nurturing courage where fear once lived.

To lead is not to stand above, but to walk alongside encouraging, uplifting, and reminding every woman that her destiny is already written with greatness.

When you help a woman step into who she was created to be, you ignite a fire that lights the way for generations to come. I look forward to what SHE-BREWS TO LEAD is going to do, connection and networking is a vital part of building a strong community of women who have so much to give. “Iron sharpens Iron, Let’s Brew something great together.”

The Joy of Supporting Women: Sisterhood Over Competition
By SHE-BREWS TO LEAD:

There is a sacred joy in supporting women—whether in business, in ministry, or in sisterhood. It’s a joy that comes not from competition, but from collaboration. Not from comparison, but from compassion.

There’s no need for jealousy.
No room for backbiting.
No place for harsh criticism.

Instead, let there be grace. Let there be love. Let there be accountability, spoken in truth and wrapped in care.

Supporting another woman when she's down, checking in even when it's inconvenient, offering your presence without judgment—this is what real sisterhood looks like. We may not always agree. Our paths, our perspectives, our personalities may differ. But that should never stop us from pulling out another chair and inviting one another to the table.

As a leader, my heart’s desire is to bring women together in truth and trust—to create safe spaces where we can talk honestly about our past hurts, and take steps toward healing. That is the heart of SHE-BREWS TO LEAD—a space steeped in love, conversation, and restoration so that we can become better leaders in the marketplace, in the church, and in our homes.

We talk about the things we often tuck away. The wounds. The misunderstandings. The unspoken resentments. Because here’s the truth: "We cannot heal what we won’t reveal."

No, you can’t trust everyone with your trauma. Not everyone is safe to hold your story. But there are women—healed women, maturing women, grace-filled women—who are being raised up to walk beside you. Women who won’t judge your past, but will remind you of your future. Women who will pray with you, process with you, and push you into purpose.

To every woman reading this:
You are not alone.
Your voice matters.
Your story matters.
Your healing matters.
And your purpose still stands.

Let’s be the kind of women who uplift, not undermine. Who pour into others without fear of running dry. Who hold each other accountable, not to tear down, but to build up.

Let’s keep the conversations real. Let’s keep the love genuine. And most of all—"Let’s keep it brewing."

Words of encouragement from SHE-BREWS TO LEAD: Be "all in" today, and God will meet you there. It is so easy to give up, to throw in the towel, to distance yourself from others when you are going throw. It's easy to say, "I'm done!" No matter what circumstances that you are going through, don't allow your emotions to cause you to spiral down...Be "all in" today, God will meet you there, will you meet Him there? Be encouraged...

“Forgiveness is not made possible by our determination. Forgiveness is only made possible by our cooperation with what God has already done for us.”

Discussion for tonight: Question: What does it look like for you to cooperate with God in the process of forgiveness? Are there any past hurts you’re still trying to manage on your own strength rather than surrendering to Him?
