We are incredibly grateful to our partners at the Zonta Club of Greenville for hosting their recent Dog
🐾 and selecting Defenders For Children as a beneficiary of the event.

It was inspiring to see our organizations come together as one community with a shared purpose: making a difference in the lives of those who need us most. Your generosity, support, and commitment to service help strengthen our mission to protect children and support law enforcement in the fight against abuse and exploitation.

Former Hanahan City Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem Kevin Hedgpeth appeared in a Charleston Court today and officially plead not guilty to the multiple federal charges he faces, including s*x trafficking of a minor, production of child s*xual abuse material, and more.

What an amazing day at Golden Days! 🐾 Defenders For Children and GCSO K9 Scooby had a blast serving over 200 pup cups to some of the sweetest furry friends in the Upstate.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported our mission to help protect and save children. Special thanks to Good Dogs Of Greenville, Karly Cunningham, K9 Scooby, , Traci Boozer, Lauren Suber, and Ken Clark for helping serve so many happy pups all day long! ❤️

Thank you to Thornblade Country Club for supporting Defenders For Children and today’s incredible Stag Golf Tournament. We had a wonderful time meeting so many passionate people who genuinely care about protecting children and supporting our mission.

It was also an honor to have Greenville County Sheriff’s Office ICAC K9 Scooby attend alongside Detective Turner. Special thanks to our amazing volunteers Carolyn Robinson, Margaret-Ann, and Ken Clark for helping make the day such a success. Together, we are helping protect children and support those fighting for them every day.

Instead of strolling on social media, take a few minutes and listen to this amazing interview with Lt Peeples with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office, an amazing woman whom Defenders for Children had met many years ago and saw how much she does for our community and the children. She is one of the amazing "Angels" in Law Enforcement.
