Second Chance Emergency Placement Inc Age ranges to 12 to 21

The mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for young men ages 12 to 21 who have been displaced by DSS and classified as neglected and delinquent. Christmas is around the corner and I really would like for our foster kids to have a great Christmas so we are accepting donations and gifts � for the young man.
