Match Staffing is hiring immediately for extrusion operator with experience operating a slitting or extrusion machine with a company located in Spartanburg SC! We have day and night openings. The shift time will be from 7pm to 7am and 7am to 7pm. . For the night shift you must be able to train on days. Pay starts at $20.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities for the Skilled Machine Operator:
Operating slitting and extrusion machines
Trouble shooting machines and doing change overs
Inspecting finished manufacturing products in the warehouse
Moving and loading materials throughout the warehouse
Requirements and Qualifications for the Skilled Machine Operator:
Slitter machine operating required!
Extrusion machine operating required!
Must have 2 years + of machine operating experience
Ability to operate in high speed and fast-paced and safe environment
Able to work in a Non Climate Controlled environment
High school diploma/GED required

Job Responsibilities
Machine Setup — Prepare and set up blown film extrusion lines, including dies, air rings, and cooling systems.

Quality Inspection — Monitor film gauge, clarity, roll profile, and overall product quality throughout production.

This position focuses on broach grinding, producing high‑accuracy cutting tools used in industrial machining. Ideal candidates have a strong mechanical background, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities
Operate surface grinding machines to grind, finish, and maintain broaches to exact specifications
Set up grinding equipment, including wheel selection, dressing, alignment, and fixture setup
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and precision measurements (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with dimensional and surface‑finish requirements
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
Monitor grinding operations and adjust feeds, speeds, and wheel pressure as needed
Work collaboratively with machinists, toolmakers, and quality control teams
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in surface grinding or tool & cutter grinding

Position Summary

The Mechanical Technician plays a key role in performing advanced mechanical assembly tasks. This position focuses on the integration of radiators, generators, fuel systems, and structural components within industrial generator enclosures. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of taking the lead on complex mechanical builds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead integration of radiators and generators, ensuring precise alignment and secure fitting.
Build and install fuel water separators per industry standards.
Install gensets, mufflers, and other critical components with high quality.
Install structural elements including walls, roofs, louvers, baffles, and dampers.
Mock up, measure, and install fuel lines, leak detection systems, level sensors, and e-vent systems.
Oversee assembly of fuel tanks and enclosures.
Perform advanced mechanical tasks such as setting isolators, building muffler stands, installing doors, and mounting battery racks.
Route and secure battery cables.
Prepare units for final assembly, including wrapping, staging, and prepping accessories.
Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Adapt to shifting production needs and assist with additional tasks as required.
