The Purpose Place

The Purpose Place Our church believes Purpose is Possible through understanding God’s intention for our lives.

We believe this is achieved through personal relationship with God through worship and teaching as well as through building strong communities.

WELCOME HOME. 🏠❤️

What a weekend. What a Sunday. What a God.

We prayed. We served. We invited. We loved our community. We made room. And today, we watched God do what only He can do.

Pastor Kenny asked us one simple question today: “Where Does It Hurt?” And we were reminded that pain may point to where we’ve been, but it does not get to define where we’re going.

We pointed to the pain. We pointed past the pain. And ultimately, we pointed to Jesus.

So to every person who found their way HOME and made it through…

Welcome Home! We’re glad you’re here! ❤️

Join The Purpose Place for this Sunday Worship Experience as Pastor Kenneth Leonard Jr. shares “Where Does It Hurt?”—the first message in the Pain Points series.

Jesus never promised us a trouble-free life. He promised us an overcoming Savior.

In John 16:33, Jesus tells His disciples, “In this world you will have trouble. Take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Pain isn’t always evidence that you missed God. Sometimes pain is an alarm—pointing to what happened, what broke, what needs attention, and ultimately pointing us toward Jesus.

Whether you’re hurting in your family, finances, faith, confidence, body, or from a failure, you don’t have to pretend the pain isn’t there. Jesus is not intimidated by the place that hurts.

Pain may describe where you are right now, but it doesn’t get to determine where your story ends.

Point to the pain. Point past the pain. Point to Jesus.

A tank of gas may seem like a small thing… until you realize how far a little love can go. ❤️

So many lives were touched, so many smiles were shared, and so many people were reminded that they are seen, valued, and loved.

This is what it looks like to be the hands and feet of Jesus—showing up, serving our community, and meeting people right where they are.

We didn’t just fill tanks. We poured out love. ⛽️❤️

This is The Purpose Place. This is purpose in action. And we’re carrying that into today for Welcome Home Sunday!

Tomorrow, we’re coming HOME. 🏠❤️

Not because we have it all together.
Not because we’ve figured everything out.
But because there’s still room for us in the presence of Jesus.

For the one who’s been searching.
For the one who’s been away.
For the one who needs a fresh start.
For the one who just needs to know they still belong.

There’s a place for you here. There’s room for your story. There’s room for your family.

Tomorrow could be more than another Sunday. It could be the beginning of something new.

WELCOME HOME. 🤎

NOTABLE. EXTRAORDINARY. OUTSTANDING. REMARKABLE. ❤️‍🔥

That’s how we’re ending this year.

Last night at Revival, a word was released over the rest of 2026—and we’re holding onto it. We refuse to believe the best of this year is behind us. There is still purpose to fulfill, faith to stretch, moves to make, and MORE for God to do.

And now we’re carrying that expectation straight into WELCOME HOME SUNDAY.

Tomorrow, don’t just come to church—come believing that one encounter with God can change the trajectory of everything that comes next.

Bring your family. Bring your friends. Bring your expectation.

Something is shifting. Something is stirring. And we believe God is getting ready to MOVE. 🔥

This isn’t just another weekend on the calendar. We’ve prayed for it. We’ve fasted for it. We’ve invited for it. And now, we’re coming with expectation.

From Revival, to serving our community through the Gas Giveaway, to gathering together for Welcome Home Sunday—we believe every moment is connected. Every invitation matters. Every seat matters. Every soul matters.

There’s a move coming, and we don’t want you to hear about it afterward. We want you in the room.

Who are you inviting? 👀🏠

Sometimes the person who needs an invitation isn’t a stranger—it’s the neighbor next door, the kids down the street, your coworker, or the friend who’s been navigating a hard season.

Think about the people God has already placed in your path. Your invitation may be the very thing that gets them through the door and reminds them there’s a place where they can belong.

Don’t overthink it. Send the text. Make the call. Extend the invitation. 💛

Together we created a prayer for this weekend! What we prayed together in The Prayer Lab last night is bigger than words on a page—it’s what we’re believing God for. And we want you to join us. 🙏🏾

As we prepare for Welcome Home Weekend, we’re coming into agreement for 100 souls. Not just 100 people in the building, but 100 lives changed, 100 hearts reached, and 100 people led to salvation.

This is our prayer. This is our posture. This is our expectation.

And now we put feet to our faith: Who are you compelling to come?

Pray the prayer. Send the invite. Make the call. Bring somebody with you.

God, not our will, but Yours. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 💙

Before we welcome them home, we’re preparing the atmosphere. 🙏🏾

Today, we fast with expectation—believing God for souls to be saved, hearts to be transformed, and revival to break out in our church and our city.

This isn’t just preparation for a weekend. We’re making room for God to move. 🔥

WELCOME HOME starts in prayer.
Let’s seek Him together. 💙
