The tournament is open to all men and women who want to have fun in the benefit of a great cause

A full buffet dinner with free beer, soda and cash bar follows at:
Polish Falcon Nest 307, 33 Knowles Ave, Plantsville

Registration begins at 10:30 am; Tee time is “High Noon”
18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, beer, fun, prizes, buffet dinner, contests, awards, raffle
Shotgun --- Scramble format

Closest-to-pin, longest drive & closest-to-line contests; Hole-in-one contest;
Putting Contest; “Get It In the Toilet, Please” contest,
50/50 Green Raffle on par 3 holes and more!!

Grilled hot dogs & hamburgers, chips, water, soda and beer

Followed by Awards, Prizes, Raffle, & Full Buffet Dinner
1st Place cash awards for Flights A, B & C (Last Place prizes too)
Raffle drawing following awards

$130.00 per person entry fee
Accepting four, three, two and single player registrations

Registration is limited to the first 120 players
No registrations accepted after July 11th

Payment must accompany registration; cancellations may be considered donations

(note: non-players may partake in the day’s festivities for a cost of $40, just dinner for $25)

We successfully pulled off our 4th Annual tournament yesterday! Thanks to everyone that played and volunteer, you make it a complete success. The final amount we raised will be posted soon, along with some of this years photos.
