Alison’s wish became wish #13,000.
But the next wish has not happened yet.

Since 1984, Make-A-Wish Michigan has granted 13,000 wishes because supporters found meaningful ways to give hope to children facing critical illnesses.
For some donors, that support comes through a donor-advised fund.
This DAF Day, we’re inviting supporters to help unlock the next wish by recommending a grant through their DAF.
As Phil Bocketti, Chair of the Board, reminds us, every gift helps move another child’s wish from possibility to reality.

A milestone worth celebrating.

This year, Make-A-Wish Michigan granted its 13,000th wish since the chapter began granting wishes in 1984.
That milestone wish belonged to Alison.
While we’re celebrating wish #13,000, this moment isn’t just about one wish. It’s about every child, family, volunteer, and donor who helped make those 13,000 wishes possible.

The Greenridge Realty Dream Team Foundation recently hosted its 13th Annual Dick Morton Memorial Golf Outing at Thornapple Pointe Golf Club, bringing together Greenridge Realty agents and staff, community partners, sponsors and supporters for a day of golf benefiting Make-A-Wish Michigan.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone involved, the event raised more than $30,000 for Make-A-Wish Michigan — which will go directly to funding wishes for Michigan children facing critical illnesses.

The Greenridge Dream Team Foundation was founded in 1999 by Greenridge Realty agents and staff with a mission of giving back to the communities they serve. Since then, Make-A-Wish Michigan has become a longtime partner and beneficiary of the Foundation’s fundraising efforts.

With the funds raised through this year’s golf outing, the Greenridge Dream Team Foundation will reach another exciting milestone: Wish 209!

We are incredibly grateful to the golfers, sponsors, volunteers, Greenridge agents and staff, and everyone who helped make this year’s outing such a success. Thanks to all who braved the crazy amount of rain - Our hikers rose to the challenge of hiking 22 miles in the North Country Trail - Newaygo County.
