With hearts full of pride and excitement, we’re counting down to an unforgettable experience as part of the largest Syn-Lod in TLOD history — 1,110 Top Ladies, 73 Lords, and 525 Top Teens strong! 🙌🏾💙

From June 25th–30th, we’ll unite in the Big Easy to honor 60 years of sisterhood, service, and distinction. As we celebrate this diamond anniversary, we reflect on the legacy of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. and look forward to the next generation of impact.

MLK Day of Service: Driven by Partnerships and Service
Ladies of the Southfield Chapter of TLOD partnered with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Alpha Gamma Lambda Omega Chapter, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.-Gamma Lambda Chapter, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.- Detroit Alumnae Chapter, Detroit Morehouse College Alumni Association, Omega Psi Fraternity, Inc.- Psi Chapter and Detroit Alum Chapter, and student organizations to embody Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s vision of service and community.
Together, we sorted 450 coats, 1,000 pairs of gloves, and 500 hats to ensure that students in Detroit Public Schools are equipped to face the winter season with warmth and care. This effort is a reminder that small acts of kindness can create a ripple effect of hope and positivity in our communities.
Thank you to Sommer Woods of Woods and Watts Effect and Sam Klemet Co-Executive Director, Detroit Auto Show, and all the volunteers and partners who made this day possible! Special shout out to TTA Lexy and our partner Dexter Sullivan of BLAC. Let’s continue to honor Dr. King’s legacy through acts of service every day.

1 in 3 women in the US have experienced SA, physical and domestic violence during their lifetime.

Join us this Wednesday, October 30th, 2024 at 6PM for a virtual vigil for those whose lives have been tragically lost due to domestic violence. You'll hear from Deputy Yolanda Stinson about statistics, moment of silence for those lives lost, and resources if you or someone you know are currently in a DV situation.
