If you are an adult with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC) who has failed at least one other therapy, you may be eligible for the KWAN study evaluating the efficacy and safety of using a combination of the study drug LY4268989 and mirikizumab compared to mirikizumab alone in treating UC.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of investigational product MORF-057 in participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD).
