After months of fundraising, planning, recruiting, sharing stories, and building momentum, the day we've all been waiting for is almost here! 💜

Together, our incredible Southeast Michigan community has already raised more than $125,000 to support the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's mission to find cures and improve the lives of everyone affected by Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

And we're not done yet.

🎥 We were honored to see our Pediatric Honored Hero family represented on Fox 2 Detroit this week!

A special thank you to Jenica Gunsberg, mother of our Pediatric Honored Hero, Shay Gunsberg, for joining Crohn's & Colitis Foundation Regional Executive Director Melissa Greer to share a glimpse of their family's journey with inflammatory bowel disease.

Families like the Gunsbergs remind us why Take Steps is so important. Their courage, resilience, and advocacy help raise awareness for the thousands of children living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

We can't wait for our Take Steps community to hear Shay's full story on stage this weekend. Her journey is one of strength, hope, and determination, and we know it will inspire everyone in attendance.
