Welcome to Seeing Your Way Out. We are 501(C)(3) Workforce Development Organization that exists to serve the marginalized population in the City of Detroit and surrounding communities. Our clients include under and unemployed residents, citizens returning from incarceration and others who are challenged with earning adequate income for the support and well-being of themselves and their families for long-term stability. We are looking to collaborate and partner with individuals and organizations with resources to help ex-offenders who face many barriers successfully entering back into society in the area of food, housing, transportation, vital records, financial literacy, substance abuse and mental health. We want our clients to become whole and gainfully employed so that they can build a life of dignity and be reestablished in society.
