I am looking for more items for the 2012 Belgian Tervuren National Specialty Raffle and Silent Auction. New, gently used,etc. Dog items (doesn't have to be Belgian stuff). New, gently used electronics...have an IPod or an older generation IPAD or Laptop that you no longer need??? We could use it.. Books on Tape, dog training books, tape, DVD's..... Belgian artwork (prints, statues, etc.) Contact me if you have items you can donate as time is running out! [email protected]

Bringing you tidings of great cheer......the next CAT tests are here!!

AKC has approved GANG to hold 4 CAT tests and 2 JC/QC's on January 21 and 22 (2 CAT's each day and 1 JC/QC) in Calhoun Georgia
.. We have also applied for a Field Trial the following weekend with LIMITED number (like 10) of CATS for those that can't make it on the 21/22. We have NOT received approval for that as of today.

Premium will be available this coming weekend.

Eukanuba Meet the Breeds Booth - Hi everyone,I am helping Lisa Lane organize the schedule of dogs that will be at the Eukanuba Meet
the Breeds booth in Orlando. The booth will be open on Dec. 17th & 18th
from 10:00 am till 4:00 pm. The AKC has set aside a secure crating area
in W223B ballroom within the Meet the Breeds area. It will be secure
from 8:00 am till 4:00 pm on Sat. & Sun...
All 4 Belgian Breeds will be together - Lisa and her team have designed the booth space to showcase all...

If you are coming to Eukanuba and have a people friendly Belgian, and you would like to volunteer for some "meet and greet" time, please email me asap so I can get the times scheduled.

If you have a time/day(s) preference please let me know.

More about the Marietta show later but I have to brag :) Yesterday in Marietta GA, Juno (Multi Group Placing BPIS CH Bijou Luisant Juno Moneta at Starr Creek HT, CAA, RN) became the FIRST dog in AKC history to earn a CAX (Coursing Ability Excellent). She ran 25 qualifying runs to accomplish this - and if she had her way she would STILL be running!!!

I am very thankful to Christine Mednick and Brooke Cole who produced the litter and allowed me to become part of the "family".

We had several Tervuren that came and coursed with us this past weekend and all of them had a blast! I will leave it to the other owners to post their own brags from the Marietta (Kennesaw Kennel Club) shows.
