Holiday Decorating Contest results:
The 250th Committee wanted to 'give back' to the town businesses that supported one of our events over the past year. Prizes were a combination of gift cards-one each from: West Lake Gourmet, Canal Bowling, Dunkin', Pure Food, Glendale Ridge Vineyard, Good Eats to Go, Paisano's, and Bashista Orchards.
1st prize-$100 value gift cards and 2 camper mugs
2nd prize $75 value gift cards and 2 wine glasses
3rd prize $50 value gift cards and 2 pint glasses
People's Choice-$25 gift card for White House Farm, tote, ornament

In case you didn't see all the wonderful holiday house/yard decorations for this first-ever contest, here are some photos in order of award: 11 Katelyn Way, 124 East St., 4 Hillside Meadows Dr. and 38 Montgomery Rd. Thanks EVERYONE who participated by decorating or touring the town over the holidays!!

BONFIRE EVE!

Today’s the last day to do the scavenger hunt! Results announced tomorrow along with the winners of the holiday decorating contest around 4:30.

Gather at Conant Park Pavilion tomorrow the 31st. The bonfire is scheduled for 5:00 to close out the 250th anniversary year.

ATTENTION SCAVENGER HUNTERS!

Don’t let a little snow slow you down-all hunt sites have been shoveled out. Go have fun this weekend thru Tuesday!!

Remember to turn in your hunt paper in at Town Clerk’s office or in her mailbox at the bottom left of the Town Hall steps.

REMINDER!

“The 250th Anniversary Points of Interest Scavenger Hunt is active until December 30. Get your Points of Interest map (for $5) and Hunt Directions (free) at the Town Clerk’s Office or at the library.

Winners will be announced at the New Year’s Eve bonfire. You don’t have to be present to win!!”
