🎒 Why Your Donation Matters 💙🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

Every child deserves to walk into their first day of school feeling prepared, confident, and valued. For many LGBTQ+ youth, especially transgender and nonbinary students, the start of the school year can already be filled with anxiety, bullying, financial hardship, or a lack of family support.

A backpack filled with school supplies may seem like a small gift, but to a young person, it can mean hope. It tells them, “Someone believes in you. Someone cares about your future.”

Your donations of backpacks, pencils, notebooks, folders, pens, markers, crayons, flashcards, and other school supplies will help ensure LGBTQ+ students have the tools they need to succeed in the classroom instead of worrying about what they don’t have.

Education changes lives, and together we can remove one more barrier standing in the way of a student’s success.

From July 5 through August 4, the Milwaukee Transgender Area Group is collecting new school supplies to support LGBTQ+ youth as they prepare for the upcoming school year.

No donation is too small. Whether you donate one notebook or several backpacks, your kindness will make a lasting impact.

Together, we can show our community’s youth that they are seen, supported, and never alone.

Please consider donating and help us make this school year a successful one for LGBTQ+ students. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

Transgender Day of visibility we reminded of the fortitude necessary to live truthfully, think about yearning for acceptance, and hold onto the aspiration that visibility will one day become the norm rather than an act of bravery. This day is a celebration of pride and a testament to the healing process, underscoring the importance of being seen, loved, and respected for who we our inherently and unconditionally.❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🌈🏳️‍🌈

Supporting Black LGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs and activists is an economic game changer. When we invest in these trailblazers, we fuel progress and break cycles of inequality. Let's champion this movement—when they rise, we all rise.
