Kids need yoga too!

We are thrilled to continue our Kids Mindful Yoga in October, with a different theme each week.

Mindful yoga for kids is a practice that combines mindfulness with movement to help children develop self-awareness, self-regulation, and a positive mindset. Mindful yoga encourages children to connect with the present moment with curiosity and an open heart, creating harmony between the body and mind. This practice will include asanas (poses), pranayama (breath), music, games, and other creative activities to leave young yogis feeling connected, refreshed, and joyful.

Join Grace on 10/11 and Lauren on 10/18 from 1–1:45 p.m.!

Ages 5-12 years old. One quick note: when registering your child, please put in their name as well as the parents’. Even if that means setting up a new account, because we want to make sure we can track who the children are for safety purposes.

The cost of each workshop is $15. To reserve your spot, please call our front desk at 574-855-1405 or visit our website:

Who could use a bit of deep rest and nurturing sounds?

Join Marybeth and I for a deeply restful evening combining restorative yoga, Reiki, and sound.

You will be gently guided into supported restorative postures where there is nothing to do but simply be.

As you settle into stillness, we will offer optional Reiki while the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes fill the space.

Come exactly as you are and give yourself the time and space to slow down, soften, and receive.

No yoga or Reiki experience necessary.
