Our beautiful Stewie (formerly Nova but we will not be calling him that), is back with us. 4.5 months after he was adopted his family decided they were done with him. Called and told us to take him back or they would drive to a field and drop him off.
He’s 8-9 months old, 45ish lbs, long legged hound mix. He’s sweet as can be, loves kids, loves other dogs, walks decent on a leash, house broken and is currently devastated and confused.
He went from living in his home to having to spend a good amount of time in a kennel as we didn’t have time to find placement for him. Stewie is such a good boy and he deserves SO much better than this.
