Looking back on an incredible weekend this past May discovering our God-given missions! ✨

At our Called & Gifted Workshop, we dove deep into the charisms given to us at Baptism and learned how the Holy Spirit equips each of us to be a unique channel of God's love, truth, beauty, and mercy.

Thank you to all the young adults who joined us at St. Therese Little Flower Church for the rich discussions and beautiful moments of discernment. We are still praying for you and can’t wait to see how you continue using your gifts to set the world ablaze! 🔥🕊️

On Memorial Day we gathered together for the annual Ablaze Mission Memorial Day Hike & BBQ as one of our Ablaze Community events! We spent time at St. Patrick’s County Park to catchup with each other, enjoy some BBQ and desserts, and play some volleyball! We also took the day to remember those who have served our country and the gift of our faith that has been defended by many of our brave brothers and sisters. Called & Gifted is designed to help you learn about charisms and lead you through the process of discerning your gifts and call.

The workshop includes video presentations, small group discussion, and a spiritual gifts inventory.

Last weekend the young adults gathered to celebrate the ongoing Easter season at the first Ablaze Mission Easter Party! With BBQ from the Prized Pig, sides made by the young adults, and tons of games, the joy of the Resurrection was truly present. It served as a reminder that we are still celebrating the Easter season even if the world stopped after Easter Sunday. If you’re interested in joining us for our community events, come to a Bible Study on Tuesday or Discipleship Group on Wednesday evening to get more information!
