The Suffolk University International Business Club To do so, we will organize lectures, panel of discussions, social activities, tours and other co-curricular programs.

The International Business Club organizes student centered activities to empower a community of scholars in their quest for acquiring knowledge about the global business environment and prepares them to launch a career in the global workplace with the highest standard of professionalism. The main topics of these events will include:

-The national differences in political and legal systems.

-The

international trade strategies of different countries.

-The strategies adopted by certain global companies to finance and conduct business.

-The influences and causes of foreign direct investment (FDI) in different countries.

-How global production, outsourcing, and logistics are influenced by new emerging technologies and information systems.

-Cultural differences, business manners and entertainment among different countries. With more than 1,400 international students at Suffolk, we will promote social activities and networking events to give both undergrad and grad students the opportunity to network with alumni and between one another.

It's that time of year again! The International Business Club is looking to fill the following e-board positions: Vice President and Social Media Coordinator.

The Vice President:
a. Presides over the organization’s functions in the absence of the President.
b. Assists the President on matters concerning the organization.
c. Has one vote on the Executive Board.

The Social Media Coordinator:
a. Keeps the accounts up-to-date with the recent events and news.
b. Takes pictures of the events and posts them regularly.
c. Promotes the events via social media
d. Is responsive to interactions through social media.
