An opioid overdose can happen anywhere, to anyone. Knowing the signs and having naloxone readily available can make the difference between life and death.

Naloxone is a safe, easy-to-use medication that can quickly reverse the effects of an opioid overdose and restore normal breathing while emergency help is on the way.

🚨 Signs of an overdose:
• Unresponsiveness or inability to wake up
• Slow, shallow, or stopped breathing
• Pinpoint pupils
• Blue or gray lips, fingertips, or skin

If you suspect an overdose:
1️⃣ Call 911
2️⃣ Administer naloxone
3️⃣ Place the person on their side
4️⃣ Stay with them until help arrives

Everyone can play a role in preventing overdose deaths. Carry naloxone. Learn how to use it. Save a life.

Kratom products are becoming more common, but many people are unaware of a powerful compound associated with them: 7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH).

Research suggests that 7-OH can produce strong opioid-like effects and may carry a higher risk for dependence, overdose, and other serious health consequences.

💡 Stay informed. Ask questions. Know what you're consuming.

🚨 Have You Heard of Tranq? 🚨

A dangerous drug called xylazine (Tranq) is increasingly being found mixed with fentanyl and other street drugs, making overdoses even more complicated and life-threatening.

⚠️ What you should know:
✔️ Xylazine is a veterinary tranquilizer, not approved for human use.
✔️ It is often mixed with fentanyl and other substances without the user’s knowledge.
✔️ It can cause extreme sedation, breathing problems, and severe skin wounds.
✔️ If an overdose is suspected, administer naloxone immediately and call 911. While naloxone does not reverse xylazine’s effects, it can save a life if opioids are involved.

💡 Awareness saves lives. Share this post to help educate your friends, family, and community about the risks of Tranq and the importance of carrying naloxone.
