One Family One Fight is collecting new and gently used professional clothing for men and women for our Career Closet helping young people show up prepared and confident for their next opportunity.

👔 Donations must be clean, with no stains, tears, or odors.

We’ll be at the New Brunswick High School Job Fair on October 28, 9:30 AM–1:30 PM, with mock interviews, career exploration, and Dress for Success support, including tie-tying!

We can tell young people to budget, lead, or plan for their future. But when do they get to practice?

Information is a starting point. Development takes opportunities to try, reflect, apply, and grow with support along the way.

That’s why One Family One Fight’s Upstream Experience Model connects learning to real experiences. Creating a budget. Practicing leadership. Exploring careers. Building something they can take with them.

Thank you to New Jersey Moms Demand Action for inviting our founder, Kimberly Banks, to share her story, honor her son Samaad Z. Frazier, and introduce the work of One Family One Fight.

Our message: upstream violence prevention is just as important as strong gun laws. Both deserve attention, action, and investment.

Through our Upstream Experience Model, we connect young people with mentorship, healing, life skills, and real opportunities that help them see and build a future.
