Leadership is an ongoing commitment—and City Manager Adriana Rodarte continues to lead by example.

With 12 years of service to the City of Socorro, Adriana is participating in the Texas Women’s Leadership Institute through a competitive scholarship, investing in continued growth to strengthen local government and better serve our residents.

The Institute is a monthly leadership seminar series focused on empowering women in public service, sharpening decision-making, and delivering real-world solutions that directly impact the communities leaders serve.

This isn’t leadership from behind a desk. It’s learning with intention, investing in growth, and applying those lessons where it matters most—right here in Socorro.

She doesn’t just lead—she lifts, learns, and leads again.

Because when leaders grow, Socorro grows.
