💙 Welcome to the Bluejay family, Riley! 💙

Today, the Snook Education Foundation had the privilege of welcoming Miss Riley Green, Snook ISD’s newest first year teacher, with a $200 “Jump Start Your Classroom” gift.

We know that many teachers spend their own time, money, and resources creating classrooms where students can learn and thrive, especially during that first year. We hope this gift helps Riley as she prepares to welcome her students.

We’re also grateful for the commitment Mrs. Giesenschlag, Mrs. Chalker, and Mrs. Kana have shown in supporting teachers. Their focus on curriculum, instructional support, and teacher development is helping ensure that new teachers have the guidance and resources they need to be successful from day one.

Welcome to Snook, Miss Green! We can’t wait to see the impact you’ll have on your students this year. 💙

What a year. 💙

Last week, the Snook Education Foundation had the opportunity to share our annual update with the Snook ISD School Board. As we reflected on everything that happened during the 2025-2026 school year, we wanted to share that same celebration with our community.

Just a year and a half ago, the Snook Education Foundation existed only as an idea. Today, thanks to an incredible community that believes in our schools, we’ve been able to invest more than $10,800 back into Snook ISD this school year!

💙 Awarded 11 Teacher Innovation Grants that brought new learning opportunities into classrooms across the district

💙 Partnered with Snook PTO to support Dual Credit and OnRamps, helping invest in students pursuing college level coursework

💙 Celebrated every classroom teacher during Teacher Appreciation Week with a small gift of appreciation

💙 Hosted community fundraisers and built partnerships that continue to grow support for our students, teachers, and schools

None of this would have been possible without our donors, volunteers, business partners, educators, district leadership, families, and community members who have supported our mission. Every dollar raised has been reinvested into opportunities that directly benefit Snook ISD.

Thank you for believing in what we’re building together! We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished in just a year and a half and we’re even more excited for what’s ahead! 💙

What a special way to kick off summer! 💙

Today, the Snook Education Foundation awarded $4,430 in Innovation Grants to Snook ISD educators to help bring new ideas, meaningful experiences, and creative learning opportunities into classrooms for the upcoming school year.

We are so grateful for teachers who continue dreaming big for students and working tirelessly to create classrooms where kids can grow, explore, and succeed.

As Teacher Appreciation Week comes to a close, we simply want to say thank you!💙

This week, the Snook Education Foundation had the honor of delivering a small token of appreciation to every teacher in Snook ISD.

Teachers spend so much of their time, energy, and even personal resources making sure their students are cared for and provided for in countless ways. Because of that, we wanted this gift to be something just for them… something they could use to treat themselves in whatever way brought them a little joy. 😊💵

To our teachers: thank you for the heart, care, patience, encouragement, and dedication you pour into students every single day. Your impact reaches far beyond the classroom, and our community is better because of you.

We are so grateful for the support we received for our Sunday Lunch Fundraiser! From those who purchased meals, donated, volunteered, and shared, it truly took all of us. A special thank you to 4P Pub & Grub for helping provide a delicious meal for our community.

Because of you, we are able to celebrate and support our teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week. We are thankful to be part of such a supportive community! 💙
