🌟 Get paid to become a Medical Assistant with Optum in Everett!

Optum's Medical Assistant Apprenticeship is a free, paid program that is nationally recognized by the U.S. Department of Labor. No experience is required. Apprentices are hired as full-time employees from day one and receive 12 to 18 months of training while working in an assigned Optum clinic.

🎉 What an incredible first year!

Thanks to our dedicated Volunter Income Tax Assistance (VITA) volunteers and community partners, our VITA site prepared 113 tax returns for FREE during our very FIRST tax filing season.

Together, we helped bring $161,993 in federal refunds back to individuals and families in our community! The impact goes beyond refunds. By offering FREE tax preparation, our volunteers helped taxpayers avoid costly preparation fees, allowing them to keep more of their hard-earned money.

These numbers represent more than tax returns. They represent groceries, rent, utility bills, savings, and financial stability for our community.

Thank you to everyone who made this possible. We are excited to continue growing and serving even more taxpayers in the years ahead!
