555th Honors Detachment

555th Honors Detachment Honoring our fallen and promoting patriotism through full military rites and Color Guard services.

Founded in 2000, the 555th Honors Detachment (“Triple Nickel”) is a 501(c)(3) all-volunteer veterans’ organization that provides full military rites at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery and private cemeteries across six counties. Our members are veterans from all branches of service, proudly wearing their uniforms and conducting services with military precision and protocol. We also provide Color Guard support for parades, schools, and community ceremonies honoring our nation’s flag. We are supported only by donations and contributions, which help us assist veterans in need and maintain our equipment. Membership is open to honorably discharged veterans with their service uniform.

At the 555th Honors Detachment, we believe every Veteran deserves dignity, respect, and military honors, regardless of their circumstances.

No Veteran should ever be forgotten. No Veteran should ever be left behind.
