PISTACHIO PUDDING DESSERT:
2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
½ + ¼ Cup Shelled Pistachios
10 Tbsp Salted Butter
16 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Whipped Topping
½ Cup White Granulated Sugar
2 Boxes Pistachio Pudding Mix
2 ½ Cups Whole Milk

GRASSHOPPER PIE:
2 cups chocolate cream cookies crumbs
5 tbsp unsalted butter
⅔ cup whole milk
26 large marshmallows
3 tbsp green creme de menthe liqueur
2 tbsp clear creme de cacao
2-3 drops green food coloring
1 cup heavy whipping cream

SHAMROCK SHAKE PIE:
12 graham crackers
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ cup butter melted
2½ cups milk cold
¼ tsp green food coloring
2 tsp mint extract
5.1 oz vanilla pudding mix
8 oz whipped topping

MINT CHOCOLATE PIE:
33 chocolate sandwich cookies
5 tbsp unsalted butter
8 oz block cream cheese
¾ cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp creme de menthe liqueur
1 cup heavy whipping cream

PISTACHIO PIE:
4 cups vanilla wafers
3 Tbsp granulated white sugar
½ cup salted butter melted
8 oz cream cheese
6.8 oz pistachio pudding mix
2½ cups heavy cream
½ tsp almond extract
8 oz tub whipped topping
Rough chopped pistachios

WATERGATE SALAD:
2 boxes of pistachio pudding mix
1 large can pineapple
12 oz whipped topping
½ cup chopped pecans
1½ cups white mini marshmallows
pecans & maraschino cherries
1 cup shredded coconut

GRASSHOPPER FUDGE:
22 oz white chocolate baking chips
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup heavy cream
1½ tsp pure peppermint extract
4-6 drops food coloring
30 double stuff sandwich cookies

MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES:
