🏃‍♂️ Your Friendly 5K Reminder! 🏃‍♀️

Race day is almost here, and we want to make sure you have the best experience possible! Here are a few important reminders before you hit the course:

✅ Paid Parking: Parking is available at the venue, but please note there is a fee—plan accordingly! ✅The race is rain or shin ✅ Check-in & Bib Pickup: Arrive early to grab your race bib and gear up for an awesome run! We will be there at 8:30 or contact me for Fridayy pick up ✅ Rolling Start: Start at your own pace between 9am and 10am—no stress, just fun! ✅ Course Etiquette: Be mindful of fellow runners, stay in your lane, and keep the energy positive! ✅ Hydration Stations: Water stops will be available, but bringing your own bottle is always a great idea! ✅ Finish Line Fun: Celebrate your run and snap a pic—tag us using to share the moment!

This event will raise money to provide college scholarships to Jim Thorpe & Marian High School Track/Cross Country Seniors and scholarships for YMCA Distance Running Camp admissions. This event will be held May 9,2026 at DL Trail Head in Jim Thorpe PA. The race will kick off at 9am.

Our Story:

Lisa Napoletano Running with the Angels, Inc. was created in the memory of Lisa Napoletano. Lisa Napoletano was an active cross country/ track runner with Jim Thorpe and Marian School District. On March 18, 2020, Lisa, at the age of 14 was in an ATV accident and after a long fight Lisa lost her life on April 5, 2020. Our company, in efforts to keep Lisa memory alive and support her fellow students and peers, was created to hold running events and clinics that raise money for college scholarships and running camp scholarships.
