Each year to kick of the NYC Buddy Walk, NDSS puts on the Times Square Video Presentation, where photos of 500 individuals with Down syndrome are displayed on two jumbotrons in the heart of Times Square!

The 2026 Sioux Falls Buddy Walk registration is officially OPEN!

A few quick tips before you start:

⭐ Team Captains: Register your team first. Then invite family, friends, coworkers, classmates, neighbors, and anyone else who wants to walk alongside you!

⭐ Please read through the registration directions carefully before you begin.

⭐ Some participants find registration is easier from a computer rather than a phone.

We’re excited to create more opportunities for our families to connect, play, and build community this summer!

Join us May through August for relaxed, fun-filled playdates where kiddos can play and parents/caregivers can connect with others who just “get it.” Whether you come once or every time, we’d love to see you there!
