**UPDATE** March is moving indoors due to inclement (dangerously cold!) weather. We will no longer be meeting at Calvary Cathedral to march, but instead will RALLY at Mosaic Sioux Falls (500 N. Main Ave, formerly Museum of Visual Materials).

Doors at 10:30 AM, speakers at 11 AM.

We can't control the weather but we can pivot and still come together in solidarity and commit to building a brighter South Dakota. See you tomorrow!

A little blue vest can make a big difference!

On Saturday, hundreds of people are expected to join the Women's March Sioux Falls. That’s why need volunteer legal observers there to ensure no one’s First Amendment rights are violated.

Legal observers are committed to defending free speech in a way that is as objective as possible so that their documentation can be used as evidence if police misconduct or obstructions to constitutionally protected free speech are challenged in court.

Here’s what to expect at the Women’s March Sioux Falls:

10:00 AM: Pre-March Rally at Calvary Cathedral.

The march will start by heading North on Phillips Ave. stopping at the Federal Courthouse. We will then stop at City Hall on 9th St, before heading up Main Ave for our final stop at the Minnehaha County Courthouse.

After the march, join us at Mosaic to hear from local organizations and learn how to get more involved in your community.

Eight years ago, thousands of South Dakotans marched to show strength, courage, and solidarity with the people of our great state, including the LGBTQ community, people of all faiths, people of color, immigrants, people with disabilities, and people of all genders.

We ask you to join us on Saturday, January 18th, 2025 in Sioux Falls to stand united for the people of South Dakota.

The freedoms of our families, friends, and neighbors are once again under threat, and we must boldly come together to show our collective strength. We will send a clear and unmistakable message to the incoming administration: We will NOT go back!
