Apparently, a water main break to the East of our neighborhood is causing a water outage.

This event is tomorrow if anyone is interested! She is singing from 7-9 PM but venue is open at 5:30 PM. There will be food, soda, water and beer available as well! Is anyone planning on going?

On a much lighter note, Sally Jorgenson just gave me the attached flyer for a Musical Entertainer that she and Curt really enjoy! Leslie Blasing will be performing at the Center for Active Generations on Tuesday, August 20th from 7:00-9:00 PM.

Well, we've been attacked by someone with a pink, fluorescent paint can!

The flyer taped to my door by a City Representative says it must be repaired by December 2024! Last time I checked, the contractors were booking months out and I don't think they pour concrete when it's cold so this could limit us in our time available to repair to several weeks.

Questions:
1. Would anyone like to join together to see if we can get this done a little cheaper per person? Sort of like an HOA would do.
2. Does anyone know someone that can do this kind of work?
3. What recourse do we have for extending the deadline, if in fact they DO want this completed before the end of THIS year?

HELLO! At the May 1st DORAL CT COFEE (with 13 present), the suggested plan for summer GARAGES SALES was revisited. The dates decided as a 'best fit for majority of neighbors' were JUNE 13, 14, & 15, 2024! Suggested times Thurs -Fri were 8am-6pm & Sat 8am-Noon. (Previous shoppers have arrived earlier & each particpating house may open/close as you wish.)

SIGNS are available to use. Char Flottman (104 Doral) has the signs & requests that 1 or 2 to of you assist her with distribution & taking them down after the event. (*These signs are available for your use if other sales are planned.)

AD INFORMATION will be coordinated by our new neighbors, John & Sandy Muhle @ 133 Doral. THANK YOU!!

UPDATE to Invitation for Wed/May 1st @ 9:30am-11am:
Star was asked (by a staff person at Prairie Green Club House) to convey/remind Doral Coffee Group of the following before our May 1st gathering:

1) ☕No drinks or food should be brought into the Club House. Coffee/treats may be purchased at the beverage counter.
Do not get a coffee @ counter reserved for golfers only.🏌️
2) Our group should remain in the assigned area and not interfere with golfers.
3) 🪑Requested to clean/replace tables/chairs to original places before leaving.

*The only new request is NO beverage or food items to be brought in.

SO ..we will continue to not be a nuisance, enjoy our setting, & come prepared to purchase any beverages/treats requested.😊
