Whose responsibility is it to help clean up this plastic MOOP properly?

I wish I had a cherry picker to help get stuff like this

This was 2 days ago on Tuesday, let’s see if it’s still there tomorrow, Friday.

I know I’m not the only one who feels this way.

I wish more people would take a moment to pickup just a little bit, as they can.

And also hold their employers accountable.

Go pickup 5 pieces of moop today pls 🫡

I HATE THESE ORANGE STICKS!
They’re hard plastic & used in the w**d whacking tools.
So tell me why they are all over right now, during the WINTER?! 😫

They redid this part of the pond, without picking up any trash. Now it’s stuck under there. For basically ever.

I cleaned the other one across the street but didn’t have time or energy to get to this side.

I wish that the landscaping companies actually cared about the environment

What part of Sioux City have you noticed needs help being cleaned up?

01/13/2026

Our community is drowning in trash.
We need to each take responsibility & clean what we can. Please.

About 30 pieces of MOOP at Grandview today
At least 1/2 of those being broken glass

Thank you for the bucket of plastic moop that helped me carry the glass & other shattered plastic pieces

Hard plastic shattered is just as sharp as glass

I need to come back with my grabber, gloves & my rolling cart

The city got rid of the extra garbage bins?!

‼️100 PIECES OF MOOP‼️
Very heavy. Very wet. Very gross.

But now the pond is cleaner on this side for all the geese, ducks, beaver, otters, coyotes, hawks, blue heron, etc!
