On December 23, Operation Blue Christmas, in partnership with the Simi Valley Police Department, delivered over 400 Christmas gifts to local children. Operation Blue Christmas exists to strengthen the relationship between law enforcement and the community they serve by showing up for our most vulnerable—our youth—in moments that matter. At its core, this work is about breaking down distance, earning trust where it’s been strained, and showing families that behind the uniform are real people willing to do the hard, consistent work of showing up.
