As the Director of Little Cavaliers Basketball, I want to sincerely thank our incredible community for an unforgettable season.

First and foremost, I want to thank God for blessing us with the opportunity to coach, mentor, and pour into these young athletes. This season was about more than basketball — it was about growth, perseverance, and learning to use the gifts we’ve been given to honor Him in all we do.

To our parents — thank you for your time, encouragement, and trust. Your support in the stands and your commitment to practices and games consistently makes a difference. You are helping build discipline, resilience, and strong character in your children.

To our volunteer coaches — thank you for your servant leadership. You give your time, energy, and hearts without hesitation. Your patience in teaching fundamentals, your consistency in showing up, and your willingness to invest in these players go far beyond the scoreboard. This program is strong because of your commitment and example.

To our volunteers and sponsors — your generosity and dedication keep Little Cavalier Basketball thriving. Your support allows us to focus on developing these young athletes in a positive and encouraging environment.

And to our 95 players — we are so proud of you. This season wasn’t just about wins and losses. It was about teamwork, effort, accountability, and playing with integrity. When you compete with heart and gratitude, you grow not only as athletes but as young leaders.

Little Cavalier Basketball is about building fundamentals on the court and strong character off of it. We are thankful for a season filled with growth, lessons, and memories that will last far beyond the scoreboard.

Thank you for a great season. May we continue to grow together — in skill, in character, and in faith.

Jocelyn Gambill was our first outstanding player & was so fast, we couldn't catch her picture! Photo is a little delayed but from the opening tip to the final buzzer, she gave 100% effort on every possession. Whether she was diving for loose balls, sprinting back on defense, fighting for rebounds, or encouraging her teammates, her energy never slowed down. -Coach Mikolajewski

Elise Peterson earned Defensive Player of the Game for her outstanding effort and focus on the defensive end. She stayed locked in, played tough on the ball, and worked hard every possession.

She did a great job moving her feet, communicating on defense, and hustling for loose balls and rebounds. Her effort helped disrupt the other team and set the tone for our defense.

This performance showed toughness, discipline, and great effort. Excellent job—keep bringing that energy!

Vivian Mikolajewski earned Offensive Player of the Game for her confident and impactful play on offense. She attacked when opportunities were there, made smart decisions with the ball, and consistently put pressure on the defense.

She showed great effort by moving without the ball, finishing strongly, and staying aggressive throughout the game. Her willingness to step up and contribute offensively made a big difference for the team.

This performance showed growth, confidence, and hard work. Excellent job—keep playing with confidence!
