It will soon be time to start weeding and planting in the Town Garden! We'll be bringing many exciting additions to the garden this spring, including a fountain donated by the Shrewsbury Lion's Club and several new stone benches. Can't wait for the good weather to begin!

Folks in Shrewsbury have noticed the garden club hard at work over the summer as they maintained and transformed the garden at town hall. This garden will eventually become a fragrant, healing garden made possible by the fundraising efforts of the Shrewsbury Fragrant Garden, Inc. and generous contributions from the community. The Shrewsbury Lions club has donated a fountain for the garden, the installation to be completed this spring. New benches and fragrant, sensory plant material will go in as well. Since the garden club began cultivating this site three years ago, the garden has spung to life, ready to fulfill its purpose of being the "Shrewsbury Fragrant Garden." Can't wait until spring!
