Chapter Spotlight Time! ❤️

Peer Leaders from Whitman Middle School's REDgen Chapter spent two days speaking with students about mental wellness and asking how they take care of their mental health.

They did this for two days, during all three lunch sessions, growing in confidence as they listened to and connected with their peers, sharing about REDgen’s mission and how they could become involved.

The 2026 Theme: More Good Days, Together. Each year, Mental Health America selects a theme to guide its May campaign. For 2026, the theme is “More Good Days, Together” – a message that reflects MHA’s mission of helping people experience more good days by meeting them where they are, supporting them as whole people, and recognizing that “good” looks different for everyone. This May and everyday REDgen believes in a word where every young person nurtures their mental and emotional wellness to experience more good days together.
