Help Us Celebrate the Last Day of School!
Briarcrest families, we’re getting ready to wrap up an amazing school year — and we’d love your help making the last day of school on June 18 extra special for our students and staff!

We’re looking for parents, caregivers, and community members who can help us spread some end‑of‑year joy. Whether you have a little time, a fun idea, or simply want to lend a hand, we’d love to have you involved.

⏰ Reminder: Early dismissal is at 11:30 AM on June 18.

Thank you for helping us finish the year strong. Our Briarcrest community is truly the heart of our school — we couldn’t do this without you!

We’re so excited to welcome our Briarcrest community to the STEAM Carnival happening TODAY from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM right here at school!

Come join us for a day filled with hands‑on science, tech, engineering, art, and math fun — all designed for our amazing students and families.

Food Today by Patty Pan!
Patty Pan is on campus with their mobile grilling, serving up delicious, locally made bites throughout the event. Come hungry.

One‑Day‑Only Book Fair
Don’t forget to stop by the library for our special pop‑up book fair — only available during today’s carnival. Great chance to grab summer reads.

The Briarcrest PTA is sprinkling a little extra joy today because it’s National Donut Day! Whether you love glazed, filled, frosted, or covered in rainbow sprinkles, we hope you get a moment to treat yourself.

Walk/Jog‑A‑Thon — This Friday, May 15!
Our Briarcrest students are gearing up for this Friday’s Walk/Jog‑A‑Thon, a beloved student leadership event that directly funds all bus transportation for field trips, including 5th Grade Camp!

Families and friends can support any Briarcrest student by making either:
a flat donation, or
a per‑lap pledge

Donations will be collected starting Monday, May 18.

Many employers offer corporate matching through Benevity, including Microsoft, Boeing, and Starbucks. If you’re unsure how to submit matching or donation info, email [email protected] and we’ll route your question to the appropriate Briarcrest staff member.

Please note:
This is not a PTA‑run activity — it is a Briarcrest student leadership event, and participation is only open to Briarcrest students.

Let’s cheer on our Bulldogs as they walk/jog/run for field trip transportation and fitness!
