Special thanks to The Mint Bar and Weatherby Inc. for hosting another great film festival! We raised a bunch of money for local conservation and were able to give away some pretty awesome prizes! Thank you to all those who came out and supported the event!

4th Annual Weatherby Film Festival!

Our next big conservation fundraiser is almost here and we hope you'll join us at the 2026 Weatherby Film Festival on Friday, July 31, at the history WYO Theater in Downtown Sheridan.

This annual event celebrates hunting, conservation, and the outdoor lifestyle while bringing together sportsmen and women from across the region. Best of all, proceeds from the evening help support conservation efforts, and we're excited to once again be a part of it.

Weatherby has generously donated a custom SORIX sh***un that our chapter will be raffling off during the event. There will also be outstanding r***e raffles hosted by several Wyoming conservation organizations, including Mule Deer Foundation, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Muley Fanatic Foundation, and others.

The evening will feature films and appearances from some of the biggest names in hunting, including Remi Warren, Brian "Gritty" Call, and Steven Drake, who will be sharing their latest adventures and conservation stories.

If you're planning to attend, we encourage you to purchase your tickets early. Last year's event sold out, and another full house is expected.

Our first VOLUNTEER DAY of the year!

Join us on April 4th from 9 am - 2 pm to help restore sage brush after the House Draw Fire in the Sheridan/Johnson County.

Why it matters:
Sagebrush landscapes are vital to Wyoming’s wildlife, providing essential habitat for sage-grouse, mule deer, pronghorn, and hundreds of other species. Because sagebrush can take many years to naturally recover following wildfire, active restoration is critical to helping these ecosystems rebound. By volunteering your time, you are contributing to lasting habitat recovery that will benefit wildlife for years to come.
