🏡💙 Four More Kids Sleeping Better Tonight! 💙🏡

This afternoon, the volunteers of Sleep in Heavenly Peace Shenandoah had the privilege of delivering beds to 4 local children in our community.

The photos tell the story. Kids have a bed of their own, a comfortable mattress, fresh bedding, and a place to dream.

Every bed delivered is more than lumber and screws. It's better sleep, improved health, greater confidence, and a reminder that our community cares.

Thank you to everyone who donates, volunteers, builds, delivers, and supports our mission. Because of you, 4 more Shenandoah-area kids won't be sleeping on the floor tonight.

🏡❤️ What a beautiful Sunday in Red Oak!
Today, our amazing volunteers had the privilege of delivering 3 beds to 3 deserving kids, helping ensure they have a safe, comfortable place to lay their heads tonight.

Every bed delivered is more than wood, screws, and bedding. It's comfort, dignity, and the message that someone cares.

A huge thank you to everyone who gives their time, talents, and support to make days like this possible. Because of you, 3 more children are no longer sleeping on the floor.

A little behind the scenes today with our core team walking through the build process from start to finish. Thank you to Sioux City chapter coming down to help.

Now the question is… who’s ready to start building with us?

Every chapter starts somewhere, and these conversations and practice runs are how future bed builds happen. We’re excited to keep growing, keep learning, and most importantly keep building beds for kids in our communities.

Whether you’ve never picked up a drill before or you’re ready to jump in and help lead, there’s a place for you. Big builds, small builds, deliveries, organizing it all matters.

We can’t wait for what’s ahead.

Last night was one of those deliveries that reminds you what this mission is really about. 💙🛏️

In just 2 homes, 4 kids now have a safe, comfortable place to sleep.

A huge shoutout to Melissa, who went above and beyond to make sure these families were taken care of. From start to finish, she led this delivery with compassion, heart, and the kind of dedication that changes lives far beyond just building beds.

Moments like these don’t happen without volunteers willing to step up and pour themselves into this mission. Melissa did exactly that last night, and these families felt it.

Because at , it’s never just about delivering furniture. It’s about delivering hope.

Every child deserves a safe, comfortable place to rest. Sleep in Heavenly Peace builds and delivers beds — free of charge — to children ages 3–17 who are currently sleeping on the floor, a sofa, or in a shared sleeping space.

Agencies, schools and nonprofits are also welcome to request beds on behalf of the children they serve. 💙
